Since launching in 2003, Gravit8 has grown steadily under the leadership of Jorn Das and Gary Fouchè. As a proudly South African business and a Level 4 B-BBEE contributor (2026), we are dedicated to providing tailored, dependable IT solutions to the local market.

The Gravit8 team has a collective 120 years of IT experience. In particular, the team’s knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux technology ensures that clients receive well-considered network options, potentially using combinations of the three systems

Jorn Das started Gravit8 in 2004, he has both a technical background through being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a business background through his B-Com degree in Information Systems.

Gary started working for Gravit8 in 2004 and has been a director since 2007. He has a BBusSci Information Systems Honours degree from UCT, as well as an ITIL foundations certification.
